"Very nice street to drive through"
I stay about a block from this street when I visit Fort Worth. I sort of wish I stayed here. It is really beautiful, especially in spring when all the trees bloom. The street seems well maintained and safe, which is always very important. Overall, I would say this is a great street.

"Great location with wide variety of necessities nearby!"
Living on Waverly Way provides residents with the beauty of nicely landscaped lawns and tall oak trees combined with the convenience of nearby retail shopping, restaurants, banking, dry cleaning stores, parks and excellent schools. It's within 6 miles of downtown Ft Worth and all it has to offer as well. We've also been fortunate enough to get to know most of our neighbors very well and rely on them to "keep an eye out" when we're unable to be home.
