"Secluded street, perfect for those who want privacy."
Waverly Street is one of the most secluded streets in Philadelphia. Most of the homes are trinities with roof decks and amazing architecture. One aspect I really like about this street is the fact that in some areas it is a standalone block with dead ends at either side. Talk about privacy!

"A tiny street with a good coffee house."
Waverly street is hidden little street that features one great coffee house by the name of Darling's Coffee House. This place has amazing cheese cake, and great coffee, but the service is so-so. Besides this, there isn't anything else to do on this street, but the coffee house here is excellent, so I recommend coming here on the weekend or something. Otherwise, you can definitely find a street with more exciting places to go.
