West Emerson Street in Seattle borders the 534 acre discovery park, which is where the old Fort Lawton is located. It has a lovely light house and a view of the ocean as well as excellent views of nearby mountains, when it is not too foggy to see them. There are also some residential areas on the street which is very nice because the houses are close to the park, so it is like having a super huge back yard.
