Even though it's changed in the 4+ years we've lived here, Beacon Hill is still seemingly undiscovered between Georgetown and Mt. Baker. We could use some more small retail, and definitely some places to eat/drink, but it's a quick drop down the hill to Georgetown, the ID or up to Central/Cap Hill. We're still not sure why there's not more hype about this place. I guess you can pay all that money for a downtown condo, or spend it on a full house in Beacon Hill...
