It's chains. Wherever you go there is a Starbucks, or a Seattle's Best (which is owned by Starbucks), or a Tully's. Typically if there is an independent coffee house, it's actually a stand, or it's in a school. There is one semi-chain that I prefer to all the others, they're called Uptown Espresso. I think they're delicious and they have the best foam I've ever had the pleasure of slurping.
