Vista del Agua Way, Sorrento Valley

A good friend of mine lived on this street and just loved it. It is located just close enough to both the 805 and the 5 to be convenient, but far enough to way to feel like you are in a whole new world. The large semi-track homes were built with enough individual style to make each house seem special and its own. The cul-de-sac has maybe 10 houses, all at least 4 bedroom, so it is a great place to start or move in a family. Since it is a cul-de-sac there is little through traffic and the kids can play on the street. Also just down the hill a ways is the nature preserve which gives residences access to great trails and even a waterfall. The running trail is one of the best in the county and you see professional athletes training all the time. This is also one of the few residential neighborhoods in San Diego where you can still see wildlife.
