"Great for students, not so much for others"
One of my favorite streets in the north University Park area. It's wide, lined with huge palms, and is close to the USC campus. Since most of the people living on Ellendale are students, it's a fun place to be with lots of parties. Street parking is extremely difficult, especially Thursday through Saturday nights. My apartment was a little overpriced, but there are a few cheaper. About what you expect for student housing. If you're not a student, there's no reason to be here. Unless you go to that Korean church.
