"Great Place for Students!"
This street is very close to the University of Southern California. It is mostly students that live in the many beautiful and well-maintained apartment complexes on this street. Thursday-Saturday nights on this street are usually busy, with several parties nightly and students hopping between them. Would not advise anyone but students to live on this street. Also has a random Korean church.

"Great for students, not so much for others"
One of my favorite streets in the north University Park area. It's wide, lined with huge palms, and is close to the USC campus. Since most of the people living on Ellendale are students, it's a fun place to be with lots of parties. Street parking is extremely difficult, especially Thursday through Saturday nights. My apartment was a little overpriced, but there are a few cheaper. About what you expect for student housing. If you're not a student, there's no reason to be here. Unless you go to that Korean church.
