We live in the 6050 building, our neighbors child enjoys practicing his piano...on Sunday mornings. Maybe the child has "special needs" or something, but in the 3 years he has been at it his piano playing is the same, horrible.
Unless you have poor hearing or are willing to be rudely awaken every weekend morning STAY AWAY!!
