"Great Family Neighborhood"
Turtleback Crossing Drive is in one of the most popular neighborhoods in Chapel Hill- with very good reason. Lake Hogan Farms is the "Pleasantville" of Chapel Hill- a great walkable, social family neighborhood where children play in the streets, the pool and clubhouse provide socialization for young and old, and diversity in housing styles is reminiscent of a "Leave It To Beaver" neighborhood. Well-kept, somewhat upscale (lots of medical and I.T. people from the research Triangle, Duke University, and UNC Hospital) but never stuffy. FABULOUS and well respected schools, lots of history and culture, close proximity to an active senior center and religious facilities, world-class hospitals, and choice of housing from luxury townhomes with no maintenance to larger family homes on an acre make this the ideal place to raise a family or retire and stay active
