There's not a lot of crime, per se, in Turtle Bay. But, it's not fantastically safe either. It's not a bad neighborhood; and, of course, there is crime everywhere in Manhattan. But, it's so quiet at night that it's too easy to do bad things and it creeps me out. I wouldn't say there's a lot of crime -- I just think there are a lot of opportunities for it in the neighborhood.
