Is the public transportation from Turtle Bay in New York City ok?

Its fine you can always go to the bus m15 select bus and m101, 102 ,and the 103 There is also the green line. (4,5,6).

Ehhhh, not really. The only train that runs through the east side is the green line (4,5,6). Luckily, Turtle Bay is very close to midtown. So, if you live around 3rd Ave, you can pop over to Times Square in about a 10 minute walk and take almost any line to any part of town quite easily.
