Tingley St, Mission Terrace

Tingley is a small street off of the busy San Jose Ave. Tingley is a residential street. It is a pretty quiet street except for the occasional streetcar that passes by. It is in a very peaceful neighborhood. Nearby are a couple of businesses and stores. There is a dry cleaners, a deli, a small bar, and a clothing boutique. There is access to a few muni lines like the 26 and J. It is also close to the Glen Park Bart Station. This street has nice homes and is very clean. It would be a very nice place to reside.
