"Nice spacey place to live"
This is a nice place to live, in a canyon. It is definitely in the outdoors, with hills all around it, even just right across the parking lot from the apartments. It's decently priced, and has a great location compared to the highway. It's a little annoying that it's on one side of an expressway-type road, so you have to get off and make a big u-turn to get to the entrance, coming from one direction. But it's great highway access, you just get onto the main road and go straight and you're on the highway in about a minute.
It's a decently quiet area, with some college students living there. There are people roaming on the weekends, but not many big parties on the street to deal with. It's a fun place, but the sun is very bright on one side of the apartments in the morning. There are limited parking spots in the parking lots, but on the main street there are spots. They are just a little bit of a walk, depending what end of the street you live on. The police patrol the area every once in a while, but there is not much to feel unsafe from in the first place.
