"Quiet, over 55 neighborhood"

Sunrise Lane is situated in an over 55 community, consisting of aproximately 140 houses on several streets. It's very safe here and the speed limit of 20 mph is strictly enforced. It has a bus stop at the corner that can take people into town. Shopping is nearby. The people here are friendly and keep their property neat and clean. The only drawback to living in this community is that you never own the land, only the house you live it because it is run by an association. Children are not allowed to live here, but naturally can stay for extended periods of time.
