Sun Lake Drives runs directly along one of the three lakes in this beautiful residential neighborhood. It is very unusual for a track home neighborhood to have three lakes, especially in Las Vegas, Nevada. It is so wonderful for families and children. The waters are inspiring. The neighborhood is close to the Palm Valley Golf course, shopping, restaurants, great schools, entertainment, hospitals and more. It is just a hop, skip and a jump from Highway 95 and everything that you want to do in Las Vegas. Excellent place for seniors, couples or families with children, just teach them proper water safety and have fun in this neighborhood.
