"Great urban neighborhood"

This part of Des Moines is gorgeous. It is right in the heart of downtown, and is close to everything. There are a lot of lofts and chic cafes sprinkled throughout this street and this area of downtown Des Moines, and a great place for younger couples and singles to live.
