"Nice, green neighborhood"
There are some friendly neighbors for such a main arterial. The road is green and lush and ends at Lake Youngs Park. Since it's not a thoroughfare to anywhere, typically the only people that travel this road are residents and the stray family headed to the park. Houses are nice single-family homes and prices are fairly reasonable. The location to Kent is nice and amenities are within five minutes. Not a bad place to live to raise a family or enjoy some peaceful solitude. The residential streets that shoot off of SE 208th St. are very quiet and friendly, too, and the closer you get to the park, the more they just turn into simple cul-de-sacs.
