"Awesome location next to Minute Maid Park."
Congress Street is located in the historic downtown of Houston next to Minute Maid Park. It travels one way, north up to Franklin Street. Beautiful buildings surround the area, housing businesses, restuarants, coffee shops and theatres. I gave it four stars for the convenience of running south to north through the downtown.

"High rise street that traverses the length of Houston."
Smith Street stretches across Houston from Highway 10 to 527. It is line with sky scrapers and above street walk overs. It is conveniently located in Tranquilty Park and numerous cafes and coffee houses. It is a straight shot to the University of Houston - Downtown and you will reach a highway in either direction you travel on Smith Street. Be careful, Smith Street is a one way street running northeast to southwest.
