Serra Ln, Serramonte

I hate to focus on the negative but one of the neighborhoods hardest hit by the real estate crash is the Serramonte Neighborhood. Many of the houses in this area are being short sold by banks caught in the real estate depression. You need to look no further than Serra Lane to find several large 4-6 bedroom homes on small lots being sold in the 450-650K range. This is primarily a middle class neighborhood full of hard working folks that spend a lot of time and effort working on keeping their property clean and functional. All these factors make this a great place to raise children.
