San Francisco Ave, Juanamaria

Ventura Avenue is a very quiet, narrow, and curved street in the West of Twin Peaks district. It runs right off of Linares avenue and lasts only about one block. The houses on this street are beautiful. They are separated and full of green gardens. I hear there is a very strict home owners association protecting us from those crazy homes. Besides looking like a street from out of a classic movie, it is very close to different locations. There is a playground near by as well as a small pre-pre school day care center. 9th avenue and Irving, a hot spot for many resturants and shops is not far away. Muni lines run close by as well, at Forrest Hill Station as well as on Judah/Irving. I would definitely recommend this street to families with children of all ages however the cost of living here is high as well as availability. The streets are also pretty steep so it can be a good and bad thing depending on your personality.
