"Quiet Street, colonial houses"
I really Enjoy living here. It's a very low traffic street in a nice, great bang for the buck neighborhood of Providence. Compared to the rest of the East Side, this part of it, Mt. Hope, is a great value. Many condo conversions of 3 family houses have happened here in the last 6-8 years, really helping to upgrade the neighborhood. It had a little bit of a reputation 8-10 years ago, and that seemed to have kept it down some. But the recent developments going on in every street of the Mt Hope area have really gentrified the neighborhood, attracting young professionals, professors from Brown University, etc and has made the area thrive. It's still a pretty good bang for the buck, but it's slowly growing in demand and prices going up. I suggest anyone jump on this opportunity as an investor or home owner, because I'm sure it won't last long! Hey, I and many others love it here. Just my 2 cents.
