"Good Location, Decent Street"

Roebling Avenue is nondescript in appearance but has a good location. Many of the local residents go to Pelham Bay Park, a collection of meadows and wetlands, to relax and enjoy nature. In addition, there are a couple local hospitals. The street is very residential and not close to shopping, but is in a decent neighborhood.
