Rockaway Pkwy, Canarsie

i went to school there, love the area it is located close to eastern pkwy were the labor day is held every year. brookdale hospital is located on rockaway pkwy so you would'nt have to travel far. all the main highways are located close by as well as churches and schools.

This was the street I was longing to visit. I had made a picture in my mind that this street must be having some amusement parks and fun festivals. This only turned out to be a dream and imagination that I had from the name of the street. It was just a plain simple street, not much also to talk about, but I still wonder while was it named some thing like Rockaway Parkway. There is a publication house called the Freedo publications and an educational institution named as Canarsie High School located here. I also remember the Yummy Yummy Chinese restaurant at Rockaway parkway. The name is too creamy to forget
