"Quiet neighborhood, convenient to Johnson City, Bristol and Elizabethton"

Very convenient to antwhere in the Tri Cities without being "in town". Quiet neighborhood, low traffic, ten minutes to JC, 3 miles to Bristol Motor Speedway.
