"Quaint little fixer upper street with a nice school that covers the block."

Ritter Place is located between Union Avenue and Prospect Avenue. It has homes on one side, some that need fixing up and a few already remodeled. The other side of the street is a large, old, red, brick school. Overall a good place for families with children. Conveniently located within walking distance of Crotona Park and The Bronx Lebanon Hospital.
