"Walk to the beach. Walk to Downtown."

Prospect Street is a perfect mix of close to the beach and close to downtown. Even though the street is all residential, you are two blocks away from bars and restaurants and a 10 minute walk to a great beach. The Commuter rail is about a 12 minute walk that goes straight into downtown Boston. Most of the houses are single family but there are a few condos with families in them. Great area leading to Prospect Hill.
