Posey Tube, Old City / Produce & Water

Quite a name, eh? Posey Tube Loop is a very comical name and the cause for many jokes in Oakland as well as Alameda probably. Park Tube Loop is one of the serving roadways that connects Oakland and Alameda. Most people cannot ever figure out how to get into Alameda, well this is the way! Cross Posey Tube Loop. The street is well known for its shuttles that carry workers from Oakland to Alameda and vice-versa. There are is also plenty of space that is offered for pedestrians and bicycle riders. It is a nice road to cross because you have plenty of water views of the Oakland Inner Harbor Channel. Sometimes on really windy and warmer days the channel can emit some funny smells. I certainly would not recommend swimming in the channel.
