"For Highschool parents who like to be close."
Posen Ave skirts the campus of the Saint Mary's highschool, traveling right by it's baseball field. This is obviously a big attraction. To add to that, the neighborhood is safe, and very pretty, a well taken care of place. However, to get any food other than what the small coffee place on the other side of campus can give, you need to drive.
