"Great place to start a family"
Park Avenue is where I grew up when I lived in Hoboken. It's a great street, surrounded by an even better community. It my opinion, its a great place to start a family. It only takes minutes to walk to the Hudson and see great views of Manhattan and New York City.

"Park ave is a solid residential street (not the Park ave in NY!)"
I would equate Park Ave with Bloomfield Street in Hoboken. Both streets are great for exactly what they are - perfect streets to live for commuting into New York city. I would just say that Park Ave does not have as upscale a feel as Bloomfield Street. Regardless, Park Ave is pleasant, clean and a great place to live especially if your a workaholic in the city and looking for a little cheaper rent.

"Park Avenue - Gets you where you want to go "
Park Avenue in Hoboken, New Jersey is just like most of the other streets there. Filled with residential properties and small businesses, Park Avenue is a very typical street in Hoboken. It's pretty safe and not nearly as busy as some would think. It's a rather long street - it spans the entire distance of Hoboken, but if you're down near Willow or Clinton, it's just...the same basic street in Hoboken.
