North East 91st Terrace is a nice, quiet, tree lined residential area. This would be a very desirable area to live in, as it runs close to the water on the eastern end of the street, and seems quiet and peacful compared to the hustle and bustle of downtown Miami, but is actually very close and convenient to downtown. It is also close to the country club.
