Tipping the Super

I have a good question to pose. How many people do you know, including yourself, who tip your super, if he helps you when you move out, or move in, or when you have something that needs repairing and he doesn't normally do those things?

I usually pass my super about $10 bucks or so when he helps me. This gives him the incentive to do things for me when I ask.
