Students Stage Walkout Over MetroCard Elimination

Apparently the MTA will cut student MetroCards, or at least they are still planning it.

I wonder what will come to this city if the MetroCards are eliminated from the pockets of school children. If MTA is taking free MetroCards from the students, they should also take free MetroCards away from their own employees, cops, and anyone else who rides free.
