Safe Driving in NYC

I don't know about you, but when I walk down the street, I see cars driving down the road like maniacs. I wonder why there aren't more accidents like the one reported in Staten Island today:

I mean this guy drove the wrong side of the street to begin with. In Manhattan, nearly every street or avenue is one-way. So there is not too many chances of going down the wrong way.

Do you see cars going the wrong way in your area or at any time?
