Recycling Collection Days Change In NYC

Recycling affects all of us. We all buy products that need to be recycled. When we use up the product, we discard it in a bag or container and then throw it in a recycle bin that may be located in front of the building, depending on where you live.

I talked to my super and he told me he doubts that the sanitation department will give out tickets for a while as supers and landlords adjust to the new schedule.

Thank you for the link, @hhusted! It's good to see recycling becoming higher on people's priorities! I do need to practice what I breach, though; admittedly, I can be quite lazy...

I get confused regarding what is to be recycled and what doesn't. I just look at the material, and if it has the symbol for recycling, that is the bin it goes into.
