Nude Subway Day

http://improveverywhere.com/2010/04/01/no-underwear-subway-ride/

I know we've talked about these guys before; but, did anyone see the faux nude ride? I didn't see one of them and I'm so bummed!

@JenMac: It was supposed to be an April Fool's joke. According to the article, people work underwear that resembled skin. Did anyone actually see someone dressed like that? I didn't and am glad I didn't.

Yes, it was a joke, but I still think it would have been awesome to see.

I wonder why people always have to do these weird nude or pantless things on the subway? Isn't there somewhere better they can go? The subway is getting to be a played out practical joke setting.

The subway's a pretty good setting though, you have to admit. It's an enclosed space, easily accessible. It's awesome to get the expressions of the people around the actors.

Haha. That's hilarious! I wish that I could be part of Improv Everywhere. I did a lot of Improv in high school and really enjoyed it...

ajadedidealist: I think it's relatively easy to get involved with them because they need so many people. You should send them an email!

Yeah, I think anyone can just get in on it whenever they want. So if you are in town for one of their happenings you can just show up, I'm pretty sure.

@landee I think half the fun of the video is that they only edited it to look like people were naked. In reality they were all wearing skin-colored undies, which is weird and shocking enough.

@DBlack Yeah it was probably very incomfortable to see these random people undressing. very shocking i'm sure! But still, that's always a good joke! It was a funny idea though!

Improv Everywhere is awesome! They did a great one last year with thousands of people walking invisible dogs! http://improveverywhere.com/2009/09/27/thank-you-invisible-dogs/ loved it. It's easy to get in on their pranks, just check out http://improveverywhere.com/email-lists/

If I saw some dude's junk on the train I would definitely not laugh. I might puke. In any case I would be highly offended.

I probably would laugh thus contributing to more grossness in the world. :)

I've never actually seen one, but my friend tried to convince me to participate in the last one. But it was just too cold that day; I remember thinking he was absolutely insane for even considering such a thing.
