Momofuku vs Ippudo

Everyone always says how great Momofuku is; but, I feel like Ippudo is so much better, they're not even on the same planet of comparison. Am I ordering wrong or is it that Ippudo is just far superior and the Momo people are tourists who read about it somewhere?

@JenMac havent been to Ippudo yet but David Chang has become quite the celebrity chef and hence is a natural tourist magnet..just read the reviews of Ippudo on Yelp..boy it has quite a fan following and the pics of the ramen look good enough to eat... !!

@uptowngirl: it is so very, very good! You have to go early, though, because it gets insanely crowded. It's a must - try.
