Christmas in NY

What is everyone doing for Christmas? Staying put, or leaving?

As for me, I am heading south for a sunny family reunion. Glad to be going today rather than yesterday, flights seem to be almost back to normal.

But I know I will miss the NY Christmas - the city is so beautiful with all the displays this time of year.

Christmas in NYC is the best time of the year there. Park Avenue Tree Lighting (with Carols), the live-animal Christmas pageant at Church of the Heavenly Rest (with llamas and lambs! and a donkey!), the tree windows, the Corner Bookstore Christmas Party - there really is no place like home, especially when that home is New York City!

Aren't you kind of early or late for this topic. Either way, I do enjoy Christmas time because of all the lights. That is what I like the most.

I love the way Rockefeller Center looks at Christmas time in NYC!
