"Commercialized and a Two Lane Road"
Once you get into Hempstead, Nassau Blvd turns from a 4 lane road, into a 2 lane road. And it isn't any longer a lot of greenery. Now it consists of stores, one after the other. No matter what store you are looking for, you will find it here.
It is definitely a far cry from the nicer looking Nassau Blvd in Garden City, but that is the way the local city takes care of it. So, if you love shopping and eating, and don't mind the traffic, you just may find Nassau Blvd a good way to get to where you are going.
