Merritt St, River Oaks

The main thouroghfair of the small town of River Oaks, River Oaks Blvd. is somewhat of a letdown. It has more than its share of washaterias, cheap cafes, pawn shops, and empty store fronts. In its favor, the Boulevard promotes community pride with flags and seasonal banners and signs as well as several well established locally owned businesses. I am definitely in favor of sprucing it up a bit. It is in need of more small town charm, not low-class establishments.
