"Quiet, young neighborhood"
Meridian Lane is one street out of three in our entire subdivision, Heights of Park Vista (HPV). We have about 117 homes altogether. Raymond, Meridian and Senator are the streets that occupy our subdivision just off Shiver (just North of Raymond) and Ray White (just East of HPV).
Hwy 377 aka Main Street or Denton Hwy boasts an array of fitness clubs from Womack, LA Fitness, Watauga Family Fitness, Curves. Plenty of shopping is offered off this main drag as well ... Kohls, Michaels, Home Depot, Marshalls, Ross, Petco, PetsMart, Dollar Store, Avenue, Pier 1, Sports Authority, Half Price Books, Office Depot, Party City, Linens 'n Things, Bath & Body Shop and more! Eating ... nothing fancy but plenty of good stuff: Chilis, Cotton Patch, Frescos, Spring Creek BBQ, Cabarellos, Golden Corral, Pei Wei and the usual fast food establishments (Wendy's, Chick Fila, Burger King, Arby's). Several health related facilities have popped up from emergency care to dental care. All in all, this is a terrific location with easy access to N. Beach Street and Hwy 377.
