"Wonderful place to live"
I lived here for 4 years and loved every minute of it. It has breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean to the west and if you are lucky, great views of San Diego Bay to the east. There is relatively little traffic in the area, especially considering there is a university nearby. The neighbors are very friendly and you can often see them because the weather is so nice that people spend a lot of time outside. Overall this is a great neighborhood to live in if you can afford it as it is quite expensive to live there.
