"Wonderful residential neighborhood great for kids."

Matson Place in Fremont, California is an excellent place to raise a family. This quiet court is a friendly neighborhood. All of the neighbors know each other. You cannot beat the location, within minutes of Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART). Within walking distance of Fremont Central Park, Washington Hospital and other amenities. All necessities are just minutes away including great schools, restaurants, entertainment and hospitals.
