"The Grande Dame of Vista Del Oro."

One of the most prestigious streets in San Pedro. Homes on this street sit high above the street to take in the panoramic view from the mountains to the ocean and everything in between. In 2011, I helped a client buy on this street. Rarely do you find historic homes so well preserved, and just steps from Averill Park. This home featured original details including iron and amber glass light fixtures, mahogony doors, iron and glass door knobs, coved ceilings & doorways, arched french windows, iron handrails. Excellent example of early California Spanish architecture.
Pros
  • A beautiful neighborhood.
  • Nice sea breeze.
  • Great views.
