How walkable is the Ingleside Terrace neighborhood in San Francisco?

Ingleside Terrace is definitely walkable though nowhere near as walkable as places like North Beach. You can probably get away with not having a car, though I think most people would prefer driving than negotiating the traffica a pedestrian.
