"Busy Street, one-way uphill, downhill"
Hill St is filled with Apartment buildings, it runs from Commercial St to Forest St. entirely one-way with the exception of a tiny section between Commercial and York Streets. It can be very noisy especially around rush hour, as it is the first turn toward Congress St after comming off the bridge from South Portland. No timed parking or meters on most of High St. but parking is abundant.
