It LOOKS like a story-book street with two-story Colonial homes and white picket fences. Anybody watch Desperate Housewives? Heritage Wood Circle is much worse. The long-time neighbors constantly harass new neighbors, they call code enforcement when there are no violations just to use the City to bully people, and some of them are criminals with police records. One neighbor is a psychopath with multiple restraining orders against him. They is a really old couple who harass neighbors by having their attorney send threatening letters to others, and their attorney is even being investigated for fraud. They is a noisy daycare where clients drive in and out of the neighborhood like crazy, and they harass the residents as well. Looks can be VERY deceiving. Hateful people hide behind the white picket fences ready to pounce on any newcomers, especially single women. Police Helicopters constantly hover over the street looking for the drug dealers, and fist fights between neighbors have been repeatedly reported to the Police. Check police reports for this street. It's HORRIBLE. The homes are terribly built too. The original builder went bankrupt and sold the half finished homes cheap to an investor who slapped them together violating several building codes. The shake roofing leaked causing mold problems in some of the homes, the siding leaked which is why most people had to cover it up with vinyl siding, and the plumbing and electrical work leaves a lot to be desired. Some newer owners have really tried to fix the problems and spruce up the place, but most just hide them.
