"Right in the heart of San Diego's major attractions"

Hancock St is located right near the San Diego Sports Arena and a huge shopping plaza. It's a few minutes away from Seaworld and is accessible by the 5 freeway and the San Diego Old Town Amtrak station. The street isn't very attractive and there are a bunch of factories alongside it. There is affordable lodging nearby if you're visiting San Diego.
