What is the HOA doing to help struggling home owners

Property owners are struggling with many issues but the HOA does not seem to be helping. The community is divided over many issues. What do you want to do to make things better?

Yes the people are afraid to buy a property, because they are not willing to stuggle after buy any property. HOA should take certain steps to erase such feeling in the people and they should stand beside the property holders.
