“Has a great view” (visited the area)

I would recommend driving on 12th Ave for one particular reason. There is an amazing, and I mean AMAZING, natural beauty here. Along a part of 12th Ave there are trees that line the road on both sides and over the years every single one of them has managed to lean over towards the other side of the street creating a natural tunnel. It really is a beautiful sight.

This IS a great street to do a drive. There's a portion of the drive that reminds me of driving in Hawaii on the island of Kauai, and that's the tunnel of trees. 12th Ave is also great for new/old shops, restaurants and is on the way to the airport. Living off of 12th Ave is ideal, you have everything right there.
